All of the technicians are licensed by the North Carolina department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
 Wayne Southard Wayne Southard is the president of Turf Fashions. He has been growing turfgrass in North Carolina for over 25 years. He is a former United States Marine, Went to UNC-P then transferred to NCSU. He started Turf Fashions in 1995 and it has been growing ever since. He is NCDA ground pesticide applicator, right of way, public health, aquatic weed control and North Carolina Landscape contractor license holder. Wayne has many hobbies and passions from fly fishing in the mountains to salt water fishing for Red’s in the flats, Long Range shooting competitions, hunting, weight training and backyard BBQ. |
 John Adkins John Adkins is the general manager at Turf Fashions. He is from Mayodan, NC. He is a graduate of NC State University with a degree in Turf Grass Management. John is married to Brandi Adkins and has three children. He has over 30 years of experience in the turf industry. He is a champion BBQ cook. He competes all over throughout the year. He has been working at Turf Fashions since 2016. |
 Melissa Southard Melissa Southard is an administrative assistant at Turf Fashions. She attended Greensboro College and majored in biology. Due to her passion for reading, there is no telling how many books she has read over the years.

 Stephen Overby Stephen Overby is the shop manager and sales technician at Turf Fashions. He has been in the customer service field for over 25 years. He has also been a mechanic for over 35 years. Stephen enjoys camping, off roading, and cooking in his spare time. He is originally from Pinehurst and moved to the Asheboro area in 2006, when he married his wife. They have been married for 19 years. |

Derek is a production technician at Turf Fashions. He loves hockey and music. He is from Maine. He is happily married. He has been in customer service for 13 years.
